Is it just me, or did something REALLY heinous occur in N.O.?

Everyone's talking about it and some are defending it like it's some
sort of political issue, but isn't the reality of the situation
something rather heinous, something dark, twisted, and sinister. That's
the impression I get. That's the way it feels, reading all these
reports of thwarted assisstance, and volunteers and boats turned away,
contractors being shot, houses and nursing homes filled with dead
bodies, a media blanket descending, a "lockdown" at the Astradome in
Houston, Marshall Law invoked. Armed soldiers entering homes as though
they are in Felujia or something..?
Something evil has occured here, has it not?
It appears as though the level of the emergency was intentionally
hightened for dark sinister purposes yet to unfold.
It's an abomination of Civility, is it not?
Why aren't people even MORE horrified, and even MORE outraged at it?
It's more than a mere curious spectacle of failure. It's an atrocity.
Another crime of the century, and a crime against humanity, and BUSH is
going to investigate it himself?
What has happened to America the bold and the beautiful.
Is it being prepared for some sort of Facist takeover?
Looks that way to me.
And if you are planning on stepping in here to downplay, mitigate or
defend, SAVE IT, alright?
It's an absolute HORROR what has just taken place over the last week or
so. A HORROR! And it appears to have been actually ALLOWED to occur,
with intent!
