Im entering this photo into a local camera club competition, is there
anyway I can improve it do you think?

thank you for taking the time to look in advance x

At some point in a huffing and puffing critique Tony will say "crop".

You missed spam.

I don't think this is spam. I called "Spam!" on someone else's images
because the image host offered them for sale, but this one may be a
legitimate "just sharing" post. Still, I prefer links that are
non-commercial. I'll go along with SmugMug links even though the
images can be purchased because it's more subtle, but I turn off the
ordering ability on my SmugMug site. (Not that anyone's ever tried to
buy one of mine.)

The PHOTO4ME host is too blatantly commercial for newsgroup postings
as far as I'm concerned.

With regard to Photo4me, I agree.
For now I will take it as a good faith attempt to share with the group
and solicit opinion.

G+ and Picassa are actually looking like a reasonable sharing option,
with various settings for limiting access, or not.

I use either SmugMug or PhotoBucket for single images. In either
case, all the viewer sees in the image. You can backtrack into my
SmugMug galleries from a single image link, but I don't enable the
ordering function.

I like these two because the viewer sees no ads of any kind. Just the
image. SmugMug allows providing a larger image than PhotoBucket, but
PhotoBucket is free and SmugMug isn't.

I'm sure there are other good image hosts.

I have been using the 20 GB of space I have on iDisc with my mac.com /me.com account in combination with FileChute. However with the change Apple is making with the introduction of iCloud they will be crippling the feature of iDisc i used the most by the end of June next year, so I am seeking alternatives, and I have found a few workable options, at least one of which I shoud have in place.
I am hoping that the folks at Yellow Mug Software will have figured out a method of making FileChute interact with iCloud as seamlessly as it does with iDisc, but I will have a few working alternatives in place.

So for now I will continue to use iDisc + FileChute, and test some of the others such as DropBox, and the G+ / Picassa combo.
I am also considering PogoPlug as a way of having my own set up.
