transfer) you own the copyrights. If you give her a single
"copy" of an image, she owns that particular print/file, but
has no right to reproduce it and sell or distribute the
copies.

You cannot use her likeness for commercial purposes
without a signed release that applies to the specific
use.

And verbal agreements are worth the paper they are
written on.

All of which is to say that both of you have overstepped
the legal bounds by a significant distance.
