He said for portrait, I find the Zeiss 50mm f0.7 a little wide and a
little shallow!
Apparently when they were shooting "Barry Lyndon" with it, Kubrick had to
adjust his scenes and watch the actors movements very carefully to avoid
them moving out of the available d-o-f. Which was pretty much none at
all..
Really? Who would have thought it? ;-)
