other than display an image.

If you use a viewer that executes image data, or an OS
that does, you probably should think twice about the
ON/OFF switch...



Most here are photographers, though some may also have IT backgrounds.

Just Google the words malicious code and jpeg. It will open lots of eyes to the problem and explain why I do not use binary groups.
