If you think you will use these new features, consider the upgrade.

Content aware scaling gives you the ability to change perspective so that several subjects can appear either closer or further. Very useful when montaging & combining layers.

Easier color correction:

quicker masking & selection

depth of field image blending.

I've seen demos of these features and the geek in me says I will use them.
