Here are some of the paths I have traveled. Judy

Judy,

I don't usually check out websites. I liked your approach. It was a delight making the journey with you. I know some folks here think being a critic is only being negative, so don't let it get you down. I especially liked the macros. Most of us are not Ansell Adams, I know I'm not, but I have a lot of fun with my camera, and getting my own world into images. You seem to do that very well.

How silent would the forest be, if only the best birds sang. I just do what I can do, and I enjoy the result. Thanks for the trip.

I agree with your thought, but disagree with your "best" analogy.

Analogy ?????????

I know of no artistic standard for "best,"

I believe you. After glancing through your posts in this and other forums for a few weeks I am sure that there are many, many things that you have no knowledge of. You are a knowledge vacuum, one of the the last remaining defenders of ignorance, a proud beacon of incomprehension in a sea of awareness. Without doubt you are the ultimate authority on "not knowing", few could match your credentials when it comes to a lack of knowledge, this is made abundantly apparent with each post you make.

other than whether the maker is happy that he/she made the image.

You should broaden your knowledge by investing in a dictionary. They are so popular that they even make them in a portable, battery-less, electronic free form, made entirely of paper. Check them out.
