This is OK if the viewer will only be judging on technical merit rather than
artistic interpretation, composition and actual subject matter. However,
judgement of technical merit can only be made if two pictures are displayed
side by side taken of the same subject using the same techniques at the same
time of day. Different circumstances will induce different results thus
your idea is severely flawed.
