I own a P/S Kodak CX6330. I bought a NIMH recharger plus 8 NIMH AA batteries at Fry's. I use the camera only intermittently, say once or twice a month, for a total of 50 shots a month. There are now available low-self-discharge NiMH cells, that should solve your problem.
Every time I try to use the camera, the batteries are low. I then recharge the batteries but, a few weeks later, the batteries are low, again. Lately some of the batteries do not even take a charge any more. When I put a newly charged battery in the camera, the low battery light flashes.
I have resorted to using alkaline AA batteries (1.5V). At least they do not go dead by themselves and I get about 60 shots out of two batteries.
What am I doing wrong with the NIMH batteries? Thanks for any help.
Good luck.
