Angle converter?

Does anyone know where I might find one of those little adaptors you fit
onto the lens to 'convert' the angle of the shot by 90 degrees so you can
take a candid shot of someone without them knowing?
I don't know if these things have a name, so I can't google for it. I've
tried, but keep getting info on wide angle lenses.
