I just bought a photo/film scanner of Epson. Can you tell a little more
about what kind of resolution/colorbit I should choose for scanning 35mm ?

Buy a scanner (they're cheap) and most come with a negative (and
positive) scanning option. You can choose high resolution, good enough
to blow them up to 13x19 inches.

Hi,
I'd like to digitize some 35mm negatives.
I've used Tesco's service and had them put on a CD, but the resolution
is ridiculously low, and they save them in JPEG format with a high
compression ration, meaning the images are terrible quality.
Can anyone recommend and low cost alternative?
Thanks
Andrew
