That looks pretty nice. I'd suggest Googling to find comments and reviews on it.

There are several vendors that make similar storage devices, and I've only ever seen negative comments about their reliability in general. i.e., buyer beware; do your homework on storage units before buying.


Also, a late thought on the infrared remote... if you want to do extended exposures, using the timer is a pain because it must be re-enabled for every shot; the remote's much easier.
