Minolta X-700 Outfit

Have the following that I would like to sell:
Minolta X-700, w/Minolta 50/1.7MD lens
Minolta 132PX flash
Vivitar 75-205mm zoom Minolta mount
Bag, lens filters, tripod, misc. access.

Although this equipment is old, it is like new; I don't think its seen
more than 4 rolls of film.

I have been told by a couple people that digital photography has taken
over so much that "film" equipment like this is about worthless.

A guy at a camera store offered me $100 for the whole thing. Just can't
get myself to sell it for that. Opinions on what to do with this stuff,
please.
