That looks more like mercury-vapor or HID lighting (combination of
xenon, mercury, and other halides). Pure LPS sodium-vapor is
typically very yellow, and that isn't, nor does it look like HPS
lighting, which normally has a pinkish-orange cast.

Mercury vapor and HID are fractured-spectrum lighting (not continuous
emission), and have an average color temperature near that of
daylight: 5200-5900K depending on the halide component and the use of
phosphor coatings. Keep in mind that they emit their light in fairly
narrow bands, so even though the overall temp is daylight-ish, they
don't tend to render colors accurately.
