Hi, anyone can please remind me as to how to logon directly to the
XP Desktop without pausing for username and
password?

Do you have a password on that account?

Do you have more than one account set up?

If the answer is yes to either one, then you
could use TweakUI and set it up to auto
log on a specific user.

My version of TweakUI is an all or nothing affair; doesn't provide for
individual uses. Still have to login.

You must have a wrong version, the one for XP allows specified user logon
automatically.
