Tom screen at startup

When you boot the PC (home) I have only screen, ie. no icons, no task
bar with "Start" in the bottom left corner, etc.
I enter password in as normal, there will always notice on the PC now
entering one thing and another, but it ends with a completely blank
screen, only the skræmbillede, I have chosen.

I can not start programs by typing Control - everything - delete and
use the Task Manager as an entry.

I'm using Windows XP Professional.

Hope someone has a tool to get the PC upright
.
