I got it to work, but you have to use CNTL + ALT and the arrow keys.

Somehow my display got rotated 90 degrees, and I don't know how to
correct it. When windows is booting up, everything looks normal until
the desktop shows up as rotated. Every other window is rotated as
well. How do I correct this situation?
