I read a different article a few hours back.
It appears that M$'s plans are to prevent the fucknuckles that would be
effected by the issue from downloading the service pack so my guess is the
SP will remain unchanged.
I downloaded the service pack from M$ a short while ago and checked the file
hashes the file is the same as the previously available SP3 leaked from
other sources so it appears all the fuckwits will be safe to install SP3
after they have backed-up all their filth and settings.
