Does anyone know what is happening and why these files won't

XP's degrag program won't defragment the swap file and certain other
system files. Don't sweat it, it doesn't matter. Unless your disk is
very full and severely fragmented, deframenting makes little
difference for most users.

Is there a better program than the one that comes with it for
defraging Hard Drives with Win XP Pro and NTFS?
