Loss of Change/Remove in Add/Remove programs

When I go to Control Panel and get into Change and Remove Programs I
do not have any Change/Remove Boxes. Something caused them to
disappear. Can anyone telll me how to get all the change/remove boxes
back? I am using XP Pro
