Cleaning the registry will not help. But if you're the type a *** that wont take no for an answer, use CCleaner. Your 1983 Compaq probably needs updating. Either that, or you're infested with malware and or loaded with completely useless ***.

1) System spec

2) After systems fully loaded, open task manager to the processes view, print screen, post image.
