Are these a brand of blank DVD+RW that you have used before without
problems?
If not, and it's first time you've used that specific brand and this error -
It's probably just a firmware update that is required.

At Above site download the firmware for your Lite-On burner
At bottom of page is instructions for updating/installing firmware.
Firmware is code that fixes bugs and importantly increases
compatibility for the ever increasing range of blank media.
