Personally I use Paragon Partition Manager, which is capable of splitting or
combining partitions...etc, without losing any data. It costs $49.95, but it
has been well worth the money for me.

and select one; though I make no comment on any of them as I haven't used
them, neither have I any knowledge of their functions.
