Start Menu problem

I had Win XP problems a month ago, so I reinstalled, including SP2. Works
fine.

I like the ability to use the context menu on Start Menu items ... you can
Win Explore a folder in that menu by double-clicking, or by using the
right-click context menu.

Well, that stopped working. I don't know why. And I don't know how to fix
it.

Does anyone have the answer?
