Limited user account.

Hi,

I'm running Win-XP Pro with SP2.

I want to set up an account on my PC for my son to use.

I don't want him to be able to install any programs, which seems to work
fine under "Guest" account, but I also don't want him to be able to
download anything either. Is this something that can be set up on the
account or will I need third party software to set these limits?

I want to install AIM but also limit that so he can't recieve files from
other users on AIM. Is this a feature in AIM or could that be controlled
under his user account settings?
