BTW I am not, before you ask. :-)
Your not brainy enough to use support.microsoft.com? :(
XP pro was working fine until I logged into a Microsoft SBS domain
which has global security policy installed and running.
I'm sure had you looked on support.microsoft.com, you'd find a fix. :)
Restoring to a previous date has made no difference.
When it doubt, run system restore right? You know, that sometimes
creates more problems then it solves...
I have up to date antivirus installed, no adware found, no spyware
found.
I wouldn't think it to be a virus, or spyware, no.
All xp updates installed, (could one of the latest updates have
caused this?)
Could have, but I doubt it. I do remember reading something about this
in an IT magazine a month or so ago.
Thank you for your time.
Your welcome. Might I suggest a visit to http://support.microsoft.com
? Your far more likely to get help there by someone who has a clue
than you will here. Signal to noise ratio is also much nicer.
bwwwaaaahhahahhahahhaha! k-man is gone for a couple of days and you get the
nerve to pop up out of your cesspool. what a wanker!
now piss off back to your cave
.
