genri <spam@xxxxxxxxxxxx>, the fuzzy archivist, vomited:
I have installed windows xp after having reduced it of:
Internet Explorer. Outlook Express, Media Player & other things (300Mb
less). Wonderful utility this nLITE.
New C:\Program files still includes some empty folders that i consider
useless: Movie Maker, Msn Gaming zone, Netmeeting, OE, Windows Media
Player, WindowsNT\Pinball (IE 6 is not empty folder).
Windows does not allow to cancel these folders directly. I can do that
in Dos or in F8. What do you suggest, do i delete them safely or new
windows still needs them in c:\Program files?
Rule #1: If in doubt, don't.
