HELP: Constant minor inconsistencies on the drive - long post

I have constant problem, that I noticed when coming back from hibernation took very long, after all image was loaded (it looks almost as if all hanged for a minute or more on pre-windows dos like screen) and then all appears as if normal.

I runed chkdks /F.. answered YES to run at boot time, rebooted, and on next startup same thing.. at bottom I will paste BOOTEX.LOG file with details maybe anyone can help me on this one, as i'm afraid to loose valuable data from my drive.

p.s.
I tried turning advanced caching of this drive but, no use.. same thing happens anyway.

This is what i get when every time after runing CHKDSK (after system booted and all errors where fixed before windows started):
