PC won't boot

Hi everyone,

My sister's PC has decided it no longer wants to boot, I get a few seconds
of disk activity and then nothing!
All leads are ok and nothing has been added or installed etc. One night it's
working the next it isn't.
Should I consider a dead MB or is there something I'm missing?

Many thanks,
Will.
