start upproblem



New pc last week now got broad band and xp,crashes too often then wont
switch off have to turn power off then back on.then get windows is
starting up message on screen and it freezes and does not start.Whats
going on.If i persist in switching it on and off 2 or 3 times i can get
it to start and go to the log on screen eventually but must get it
going better than this.
Thanks for any advice
