Control of tabs using control command

Hi,
I have created a shortcut to the control panel "sounds and audio devices"
but I don't know how to select the "voice" tab and then the "voice playback"
volume button.
Once in, I would also like to default to the main volume control in the
volume page.
The shortcut I'm using is:- control Mmsys.cpl

Please help.
