You can't get into safe mode if your keyboard is a USB connection.

It was set to automatic I changed to enable but no difference!

Your chipset has to support USB Legacy devices and it has to be enabled.
This is located in Advanced Chipset Setting in your BIOS setup unless
your
PC is too old for the feature.
