The 520 folder itself contains a lot of files, some of which are faintly
familiar from earlier Win versions, like:

conf.exe
defrag.exe
ftp.exe
imapi.exe
msn6.exe
ping.exe
telnet.exe

Here are the sub-folders in case they can help suggest as to the nature and
'real' name of the 520 folder:

asms
download
ip
lang
new
update
