dis-connection problem

Hi,

Over the last two weeks I've been getting this error message "Connected
to remote computer. Verifying user name and password... Failed to connect to
remote computer.Unable to establish a connection."

I can be connected sometime 10 minutes others an hour or so, but after this
message come up, the only way to re-connect is to restart the computer.

The line has been checked for noise and all the settings and even made a new
connection
