Is there any way of bypassing the limited newsgroups on a server. I have wanadoo and have always had bother accessing newsgroups. The original
software instalment would only use freeserve groups, but I set up another
account and set it up as news.wanadoo.co.uk and hey presto 15K + newsgroups.
Now I have a friend who has recommended a couple of newsgroups to check out
but he says they're unavailable on wanadoo. So far he's been right. is
there any way of setting up a proxy server or something like that to access
the millions of newsgroups that are out there. News reactor and Newsbin can
find them but cant access them where am I going wrong.
