Computer kicked the bucket

The other PC for email and internet (AcerPower 8000) kicked the bucket
tonight. It will not boot, it has power, but no signal to monitor or modem.
I cannot do anything, I tried rebooting, for a minute a black skull face
flashed in front of a white blackground, then dissappeared, and then the
notice "Error 513.04 Computer will reboot and scan disk." I watched it scan
disk then I went to sleep afterwards and when I got up Scandisk was
completed and it said I had to reactivate Windows with a new code which I
promptly rang up microsoft and got off them, then I activated windows A-OK,
then it automatically connected to the net, then it banned my big brother
Rhys off it and then black screen what do I do

.
