Set your system to the date and time you want the file attributes set at.
Copy all the files into one directory, say C:\Temp. Start a command prompt
and...
C: <--- if you're not already on C:
CD \TEMP
MD T <--- Make a directory called T
XCOPY *.* T
CD T
COPY /Y *.* /B+,,
All done. The create date and the last modified date will both be set to the
current system date and time.
