access to vpn network through internet connection sharing

Hi,
I have 2 computers: first with Windows XP Professional installed serves
as host for connection sharing. The second computer (laptop) (Windows
XP Professional too) connects to the Internet through the first one.
Laptop is suppoused to access the vpn network but it doesn't and I
don't know why. I suppouse that some internet traffic can't pass the
host. Maybe ports related to the vpn are blocked? - if so, how can I
unblock them? How to enable vpn support for connection sharing?
Firewalls on both computers are disabled.
This is problem with connection sharing - I'm sure about it. When I'm
running Linux on the host machine and unblock vpn ports - it works.
I'm using Contivity VPN client.

Regards
Tomek
