chcp and graftabl commande on "invite cmd".

I have a probleme with "chcp, and graftabl" commande. Nothing work.
under invite cmd ' dos panel for xp ' i want to perform an "tableau image
with the combination of
double and single line.
If i use double line all is correct, if i use single line also . But when i
want to use mixed line
the representation of attachement to bordure is incorrect. ( if see that the
chcp is 850, i want to change
it to 437, commande is accepted but nothing append.
On the good work, to print i use DOSprn, and the result is correct.
Why my display can't have the correct result.
