Just rembered Bruse´s www-pages, have a look at
http://gps.pantograph.se/index.php?id=cykelstig, all trails that are in
"Nackareservatet" are in or really close to Hellas. If you click around a
bit you will find maps, GPS data, etc.

Thanks for that. I think the thing that threw me about the trail location
was that we meet at street and ride to the race. For some reason I thought
Hellas was further away.
I'm finding it pretty hard to remember all the Swedish place names, I can
barely pronounce them reading off the screen :-)
