Fibromyalgia: B12 shots, vitamins, what else?...Colloidal Silver?

My 16 year old daughter has been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.
She has gone through alot the past 5 months with doctor visits and, more
recently, weekly injections of B12 shots all over her body.
All these treatments have yielded some (minor) positive results, but to me,
the biggest positives go to the Doctor by aquiring a new very long term
patient.

Has anyone had any relief with Colloidal Silver?
Actual cases on the internet have so far been difficult to find.
