CB,

Thanks...... ! :-)

This is primarily "why" I'm so hesitant with medications..........
Other than, me having bad side effects or darn right allergic
reactions.......

I can't take the regular type of medications for my migraines, due to
heart situation. I have a shot of Nubane along with compazine......
usually at my physicians or the "hated and dreaded" trip to the
ER!!!! :-(

Geesh, just re-reading that, it sounds as though I'm ordering a
cocktail ...... "I'll have a shot of Nubane along with compazine on
the rocks, please......" hahahaha!

Ya know, for the folks out there that I'm sure are going to say,
"there's side effects to every type of medication". Yeah, I
know..... Buuuuuut, there's been some medications that were given to
me, I didn't take them and months later, the media goes berserk in
alerting the world ......... the drug manufacturer's take the
medication off the market period. Or, they ask you to go to your
physician....... hmmmm.

Oh well....... Am still dragging from this past weekend! :-( Yech!

Take care and be well out there! Debra

Well today was quite SHOCKING for me. I took somebody to dinner and told
him how I quit all meds even the BP meds and just really control it by
staying calm and I ignore the cancer the best I can.
The somebody? (Hold onto your chair) DOUG MY EX!!!!!!!!!! Yeah yeah I know,
but after all that I STILL care for him.
We've both changed after all the BS. It was strange and I was nervous.
He finally cut his hair like I do and I'm still left thinking how much
hotter he looks now. I'm left feeling like we are the odd couple!
Last time I saw him we spent what seemed like forever together.
I've learned, healthy mind helps with the body.

CB,

It certainly looks like you're a "happening dude", Young Fella! Good
for you! :-)

My sister is a RN. She's taken herself off all her med's as well.
Apparently, they were affecting her badly...... She's having testing
done, and hopefully they'll come up with a new POA (Plan of Action).

The current medications that I'm on are tolerable. I've gone through
a lot in order to get to this stage though......

Be careful. Please see a physician or go to the ER right away if you
have any medical situations...... I remember what you went through
with your BP etc.

Take care and be well out there! Debra

Yeah it was rough quitting all meds but I needed to remember what exactly goes wrong with my body at times.
Slight thyroid storm yesterday of all days, couldn't hold the dam chopsticks!
