New CFS/ME/FM treatment book

In case you haven't yet heard, my book "Reviving the Broken Marionette:
Treatments for CFS/ME and Fibromyalgia" was recently released. It
features over 250 medications, making it the most comprehensive guide
ever written about the subject. There are numerous treatments fo pain
listed (including several that even most pain specialists don't know
about, even though they are supported by science), but also for the
myriad of other symptoms caused by these illnesses. You'd be
surprised how many treatments there are for cognitive problems, for
example, and how many meds can help several entirely different
symptoms/conditions.

The book also includes many treatments for common comorbid conditions,
such as IBS, RLS, TMD, migraines and myofascial pain. There is
information about autoimmune diseases as well, because they are so
common in people with FM.

You can find more information about the book at its website,
<http://www.brokenmarionettebook.com>. The ordering information is also
there. Please spread this information to other people who might benefit
from the book! If you have any further questions, I'd be happy to
answer them.
