Something to think about(long)

I pretty much just lurk here, but thought I would post this. For the last couple of years I have been feeling awful. Unable to sleep, extreme fatigue, muscle aches and pains, plus degenerative spinal disease. My brain constantly felt like it was filled with sludge. I was diagnosed with Fibro by my regular doc, a neurologist and a rheumatologist. I didn't like that diagnosis, but no one seemed to be able to come up with a reasonable explanation of what was causing the symptoms. I had had thyroid checks, Lyme's disease, etc, etc. On Mother's day I woke up feeling terrible. Worse than usual and so fatigued I could barely move. As the day wore on, I felt worse and worse. I was sick to my stomach, in a cold sweat and so very tired. I tried going to bed at 10 pm, but couldn't get comfortable. I was short of breath and feeling very apprehensive. I finally googled heart attack symptoms in women and went to the local emergency room. They sent me by ambulance to a bigger hospital, I had atrial fibrillation. My pulse was at 190 when I went in and my blood pressure was climbing. After three days in the hospital where my heart rate was stabilized and some new medications prescribed, I am better than ever. My husband picked me up and we went to the pet store, the grocery store and out to eat. I have so much energy now. My house is clean, the lawn is immaculate and I sleep through the night. I am the person I was years ago ( except for the bad back). People keep remarking on how good I look. At any rate, I just wanted to say, as have others here, keep looking for the cause. Something is causing all those nasty symptoms.
