Tai chi oes help, assuming one has the stamina and ability to actually
do it on a regular basis. Not something to assume, in a group of
fibromyalgia people. I did tai chi, for years, until I got too sick to
be able to continue. It was great while I could, though. I'd gladly
take it up again if there was a group near me that catered to the
disabled. I could never keep up with a non-disabled group though, no
way.
