Actually,

I really thought that CB was an addy for: Citizens Band (radio) for
the "kings of the road"....... or for those whom use this as an hobby,
for the weather informers, or emergency folks....

Anyhooo....... I always try and give the ole "benefit of doubt" in a

Ok Deb, as the story goes my ex is English and his mother called me a Cheeky *** /= Smart Ass in English. Meant as an insult I loved it and it burned her biscuits that I did.
You can also search cheeky git and get the gist of the meaning.
As far as citizens band I used to drive OTR and am known as "that dam Georgia Yankee". These days I only chat on the side bands.
