Awhile back, Dr. Mehmet Oz was on Oprah. I really like this fella.
He's so energetic and he's really concerned about us getting excited
about our lives. He appeared on the "Ultimate Checklist for Great
Aging". He had a list of "must takes" as far as vitamins were
concerned.
Anyway, he recommended folks that take calcium and have constipation,
to include magnesium in their diet. As calcium can cause
constipation. Magnesium can help eliminate this problem.....so to
speak.

I did...... I just thought the article was trying to protect us.....
The heart attack situation made me really think, and re-read the
article. Especially where women's health is concerned in the heart
disease and stroke category.....
Oh well...... What do you think? A go or a no-go?
