Re: Help! I have gone back to work...

Well, "johnie", the only thing you said that was accurate was
"What a load of crap".
A person goes back to work after a year, and it plays hell
with him. And you want to introduce a "low dose stimulant"?
YOU ARE AN IDIOT!!!!
A beta blocker can help cut down on the free-floating
anxieties, and is also a standard prophalaxis for migraines,
among other applications.
For an idiot such as yourself, cutting down on the stress
cortisols happens to be one of the ways to keep the body
from staying in such a high state of stress over all the
anxieties involved with trying to get back into the working
world. But you want to introduce LOW DOSE STIMULANTS!!
YOU ARE AN IDIOT. Be sure not to try to operate any
equipment heavier than a cell phone.

Has your doctor considered a beta-blocker, such as
propranolol?

what a load of crap.
rhijulbec, be very wary of our resident wal-mart clerk. He gets all
his info from the internet. Enough said. He doesn't have FM, he is not
a medical professional, and nobody really knows why he spends nearly
all his time on this board. Trolls usually come and go but this one
just won't GO. Unless you have high blood pressure there is no reason
for your doc to even think about a serious drug like propranolol. The
last thing you probably need to do is add another drug unless its in
the 'meth' family. There are ways "working with a doctor" to introduce
low dose stimulants in cases like yours where you have to find a way
to keep working. Its not a very healthy thing to do to your body but
sometimes it can be a short term remedy. But, it really is important
to work with your Doctor. There are a few out there that understand
this disease well enough to work with you. The hard part is finding
one of those few.
