Letting go or changing mental context



As a FMer, if you have IBS or trouble in digestion (stomach or
intestines),
it is difficult to de-stress and let go. Try fiber on a regular
basis.

By extension changing mental context improves fluidity and
flexibility.
"Be like water, my friend" (Bruce Lee). Water can crash or it can
flow.

In turn, de-stressing and mental fluidity can lead to body flexibility/
grace in
movements of all kinds, body parts or walking itself, because of the
mind/body connection.

Move from theory to regular practice.
