Alexander Technique and a specific extention can help some FMers



For one thing, the semi-supine position is a safe position. You
can listen to your favorite kind of music while practising it.
Pain may lessen as you work on your breathing.

Most important is AT philosophy about issuing mental commands
to yourself without making explicit body movements.

By extention I say walking can be done more gracefully if you
issue mental commands like - walk tall, lower center of gravity etc.
BTW, never hold your breath while walking; breathe free.
